CRMLS Partners with Styldod for Advanced Image Analysis

#artificialintelligence

California Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS) has expanded their partnership with Styldod, the AI-enhanced virtual staging and image editing product solution, to integrate an identification and analysis process for listing photos. The photo analysis software -- an API integrated within CRMLS' product ecosystem REcenterhub -- will automatically detect image elements such as logos, watermarks, branding, contact information, QR codes, NSFW content, human faces, and more. If a potential compliance issue is detected, the AI will route this information to agents and brokers and give them the opportunity to make corrections. In addition, this new integration can offer users intelligence and provide real-time analytics by aggregating readily available data that has previously been left uncharted. "Styldod's technology has proven to be amazing at sophisticated detection," said Art Carter, CEO of CRMLS.

How the Integrations Between Ray & MLflow Aids Distributed ML Production

#artificialintelligence

In this blog post, we're announcing two new integrations with Ray and MLflow: Ray Tune MLflow Tracking and Ray Serve MLflow Models, which together make it much easier to build machine learning (ML) models and take them to production. These integrations are available in the latest Ray wheels. You can follow the instructions here to pip install the nightly version of Ray and take a look at the documentation to get started. They will also be in the next Ray release -- version 1.2 Our goal is to leverage the strengths of the two projects: Ray's distributed libraries for scaling training and serving and MLflow's end-to-end model lifecycle management. Let's first take a brief look at what these libraries can do before diving into the new integrations.

Avaya & Afiniti: Bringing AI to Contact Center Near You

#artificialintelligence

Avaya and one of its A.I.Connect development partners, Afiniti, today announced a strategic partnership designed to improve contact center performance using artificial intelligence (AI). The partnership involves the use of Afiniti's behavioral pairing AI algorithm, which optimizes contact center outcomes by pairing customers with the contact center agents most likely to result in a desired outcome, as I wrote in a No Jitter article published last December. In that post I provided a high-level description of how Afiniti's AI-based customer-agent pairing works, showing where its machine learning algorithms fit in the pairing process. What's new with today's announcement is the depth of the integration between the Afiniti technology and Avaya's contact center software, along with an easier mechanism for Avaya contact center customers to purchase Afiniti's advanced routing capabilities. As part of this partnership agreement, Avaya will create an "AI edition" of Avaya Aura Contact Center Elite.
